Troubleshooting

Container Service Startup Exception#

Upon gaining access to the container via the docker exec -it apidog sh command, proceed with the following execution:
If an error occurs, please provide the execution result logs to the Apidog team for further analysis.

Using LDAP for authentication not working#

If you are using LDAP for authentication and it is not working, please try execute the following:
This will test the LDAP connection and provide the result logs.
